Position: Customer Care Representative
Company: Maxicare Healthcare Corporation

Responsible for the correct implementation of Member’s healthcare benefit policy and the delivery of superior customer service at all times. Facilitates and monitors in-patient availments at hospitals within assigned area.

Requirements:

* Preferably Medical allied course graduate (except nursing).

* Fresh graduates are welcome.

* Displays high level of TLC ( tender love and care)

* With good charisma and unquestionable character

* Can established good rapport with internal and external clients

* With high level of stress tolerance and can work under pressure.

* Male or Female, 22 to 26 years of age
