IT HELPDESK
(National Capital Reg – Diliman, Quezon City)

Responsibilities:

* Diagnose and reslove problems in the areas of hardware, software, applications and operating system via telephone or remote tools
* Install, configure software and apply patch
* Ensure service calls form customer are addressed accurately and in a timely fashion with emphasis on customer care
* Escalate complex problems to the next level of support as dictated by process and procedures
* Initiate or assist in the maintenance of procedural documentation

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s or ColleStrong organizational skills with emphasis on details and follow-up
* Strong working knowledge in Windows environment (XP, Vista, 2000)
* Knowledge in setting up, configuring and troubleshooting office productivity software (MS Office, Open office, Lotus Smartsuite, etc.)
* Experience in configuring and troubleshooting office productivity software (MS Office, Open office, Lotus Smartsuite, etc.)
* Experience in configuring wireless handheld devices is a plus (Wi-Fi, Blackberry, etc.)
* A+, Network+ or Security+ certification, MCP or CCNA would be a definite advantage
* Experience specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent would be an
* Candidates must have strong verbal and written English communication skills
* Full-Time positions available
* Candidates must be flexible to change in work assignment (24 x 7 shift, including holidays)
