TRANSCRIPTIONISTS for General Voicemail Account (Urgent requirement this December)
(National Capital Reg – Greenhills, San Juan Metro Manila)

Responsibilities:

* Ensure required information is entered into central database pertaining to customer requests.
* Ensure highest quality is maintained to meet and/ or exceed client specifications.
* Meet or exceed requirements for productivity, availability and quality measurements to ensure activity levels are sufficient enough to drive results.

Requirements:

* Candidate must have excellent command of the English language.
* With typing speed of at least 30 wpm.
* Active listener, excellent understanding of different American accents.
* Perfect understanding of English, particularly with grammar, spelling and pronunciation.
* Must have keen attention to details.
* Preferably with Transcription/ data encoding or any related work experience.
* Without experience are also encouraged to apply.
* Candidate must be willing to work shifting, graveyard and holidays.
* Bachelors/College Degree in any field.
* Candidate must be willing to work in Greenhills San Juan.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
