Training Officer
(Greenhills, San Juan)

Responsibilities:
Responsible in the design and facilitation of classroom training for newly hires for sales/ customer service and technical support, including Communications/Language, Foundation Skills and general introduction to call center environment.

Evaluate applicants’ communications skills and trainability.

Provides logistical and administrative support to the HR team in the implementation, evaluation and monitoring of Learning & Development programs and processes and ensuring that L&D records management is up-to-date and accurate.

Prepares, conducts, evaluates training program for operations staff company

Evaluate, Monitor and review progress of trainees and discussions with managers

Provide and solve specific training problems.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Psychology, Education, Behavioral Science or Human Resources Management or equivalent.

* With at least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

* Competencies in Program Design Development, TNA, Slides Design, Program Evaluation and in adult learning principles.

* Strong proficiency in MS Office applications is required.

* Excellent command in English communication, both oral and written.

* Can work with minimum supervision.

* Well developed inter-personal skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills

* A candidate with experience in Managing a recruitment team is plus.

* Willing to work on shifting/flexible schedule and to be based in Greenhills San Juan.
