Outbound Supervisor
(National Capital Reg)

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.

* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales – Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.

* Effective in monitoring sales performance, coaching/counseling, and skills development of sales personnel.

* Knowledgeable and experienced in creating plans and strategies with Managers to ensure implementation of sales plans.

* Applicants must have a leadership experience in an outbound call center postiion.

* An Excellent People Handling skill self-motivated and can work under pressure to achieve team and individual targets, has a sense of urgency.

* Excellent communication skills and customer service, ability to motivate and inspire his/her team, aggressive and goal/results-oriented, and high level of integrity.

* Must be willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan.
