Program Manager
(National Capital Reg – Eastwood City, Libis Quezon City)

Responsibilities:
To manage all the activities in closing an account from sales perspective, translating a specific account into an operational program in coordination with Product Support and other functional group, and monitoring an account’s production performance to ensure that client requirements on service level standards and productivity targets of assigned accounts are met.

1. Coordinates with the Business Development Team and clients as needed, the requirements for contracting and opening of new accounts to be able to translate the requirements into operational systems and structures for product support management.

2. Participate and support in the development of responses to Tenders, RFIs, RFPs and other similar documents

3. Assists the Business Development Team in conducting feasibility and profitability studies on prospective accounts to ensure viability and focus on high yield accounts.

4. Participates in planning sessions of the CCO to provide inputs regarding client servicing and status of the market to help set strategies.

5. Assists in preparing budget to support mid and long term requirements of the department.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Eastwood City,Libis Quezon City.
* Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
