Tech Support Agent – Background in IT not required!
(National Capital Reg – Makati)
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues pertaining to printer, broadband service, etc.
• Ensure call quality is observed while rendering help to customers.
• Provide customer service over the phone.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have finished two-years in College/2-year vocational course (no back subjects).
• Fresh graduates, experienced professionals & undergrads are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.
• Average English communication skills.
• Background in IT is an advantage.
• Full-time Positions available.
• Accounts: Printer, DSL and Telecommunication
• Type of Employment: Direct and probationary
• Compensation: 15-20K (inclusive of Basic Salary, Night Differential & Allowances)
Office hours: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, Mondays to Fridays (except holidays)
