• Completed 2 yrs. in college or 2 yrs. Vocational course.
• Above Average to Excellent English verbal communication skills including active listening.
• Knowledgeable in computer applications, internet and troubleshooting.
• Computer literate and must be proficient in keyboarding.
• Ability to analyze complex technical issues.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules.
• Willing to work in MAKATI.
