Customer Service Associate (German Bilingual)

* Will be providing customer service to inbound calls for customer related concerns
* Responsible in providing necessary actions to resolve customer inquiries

REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor’s Degree holder in any field
* Open to those who completed Vocational or Short course certificate
* Required Languages: Conversational German and English
* Experience in a Technical (hardware) and Spanish Bilingual Account is preferred
* Rotating Shift adaptability
* Willing to work in Eastwood City, Libis
