Customer Care Associate (BE HIRED this NOVEMBER)
(National Capital Reg – Quezon City, Makati, Mandaluyong)
• Provide world-class customer service through inbound or outbound calls by: responding to various clients’ issues and concerns; handling customer inquiries and complaints; and providing information on products and services
REQUIREMENTS:
• Completed at least 2-year Vocational Course/Bachelors Degree in any field.
• Amenable to work on shifting schedules, holidays and weekends.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Above average English communication skills.
• Full-time positions available.
Type of Employment: Direct hire and probationary
Compensation: 15 – 20K (inclusive of Basic Salary, Allowances and Night Differential)
Other openings: Technical Support, Customer Service, Sales and Collections Agent
