• Answer customers’ call pertaining to billing, services and products.
• Ensure that call quality is observed in resolving customers’ needs .
• Provide excellent customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Completed at least 2 year vocational course/College degree in any field.
• Willing to work on graveyard shift, shifting schedule, holidays and weekends.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Good English communication skills
• Full-Time positions available

Type of Employment: Direct hire and probationary
Compensation: 15 – 20K (inclusive of Basic Salary, Allowances and Night Differential)
