(National Capital Reg – UP-Ayala TechnoHub, Commonwealth, Quezon City)
Responsibilities:

* IBM’s newest account is a UK-based Telecom Service Provider (mobile network and internet service).
* Voice Agents will provide customer service & support, respond to billing and other inquiries, requests for registration and activation of new accounts, among others.
* Services will be delivered from IBM’s newest site in IBM UP-Ayala TechnoHub, Quezon City.

Requirements:

* College graduate or completed at least 2 years of college education, or a 2-year diploma/certificate course
* Excellent English communication skills
* Proficient in the use of computers and internet applications
* Willing to work in a schedule-shifting environment, including graveyard, holiday and weekend shifts
* Experience in up-selling and cross-selling is an advantage
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
* Premium pay is offered to candidates with previous international contact center experience
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
