Requirements:
* At least two years call center work experience, assigned in a technical account OR two years call center work experience (non-technical account) with IT education
* Excellent English communication skills
* College graduate of a four-year course, preferably IT-related
* Willing to work on shifting schedules, including graveyard, weekends and holidays
