Accounts Payable Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Ability to monitor and lead accounts payable activities across team, department and function
* Ability to articulate & compare alternative approaches, make business recommendations
* Recognize problems related to project/functional mission. Independently generate solutions based on analytical skills and business knowledge. Enhance and improve procedures and processes
* Lead projects/small teams, manages routine technical and operational activities Understand and has vision for entire group
* Provides technical and operational advice. Controls work priorities in order to deliver quality, on time output
* Accountable for own, team, and departmental results and for the impact of the results on functional activities
* Contributes and leads staff to support business measurements, impact cost and client satisfaction. Participates with management in departmental planning and manages results of the team/department
REQUIREMENTS:
* Must be a graduate of an Accounting degree
* At least 5 years accounts payable experience – Knowledge of Invoice Processing Mandatory
* At least 3 years people management experience
* High Analytical Skills
* Good communication skills
* Understand the importance of Business Controls
* Knowledge of any ERP like SAP will be an advantage
* Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel
* Willing to work on night shift schedule
