HR Accounting Team Lead
RESPONSIBILITIES:

* This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of HR Accounting Analysts and ensuring that all client service level agreements are met in a consistent basis.
* Day to day oversight of all functions of HR Accounting Process Owners (Reconciliations, Journal Entries, Accruals, Reports, month end/quarter end/year end closing activities, etc.).
* Develop and keep current complete process documentation including flow charts with key control points, process narratives and desk procedures
* Provide performance and variance commentaries on month end results.
* Ensure attainment of client SLAs on a consistent basis
* Lead, motivate and assist Accounting Analysts in attaining maximum efficiency
* Help/assist in any other project, required and initiated by the company

REQUIREMENTS:

* Excellent understanding of Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, and other HR-related processes with interface on Accounting
* Strong leadership skills; ability to lead, motivate and develop others towards high performance
* High level of maturity, and sense of responsibility
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Very good communication (verbal and written) skills
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet business needs
* Can address diverse operational and/or management issues and team responsibilities
* Unquestionable integrity
* At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business; a CPA and/or with Master’s (post-grad) Degree in Business
* At least 2 – 4 years working experience in related field required
* Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a supervisory role
* Highly motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Highly analytical and superior interpersonal skills
* Previous experience in a supervisory role from a global company
* Knowledge in ERP systems, (ie SAP, DB2, etc)
* Willing to have a permanent night shift schedule
