Requirements
* Six Sigma Black Belt Certified for at least 3 years full time practice.
* Education: At least a Bachelor’s/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma/Master’s Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance or equivalent.
* Extensive experience in Six Sigma project management and mentoring, training facilitation, and continuous improvement/quality initiatives.
* Good working knowledge of the principles and philosophies of analytical problem solving techniques.
* Good statistical knowledge and application.
* Ability to balance and effectively prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
* Excellent interpersonal, organizational, mediation, and negotiation skills.
* Strong and effective verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
* BPO industry experience would be an advantage.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably assistant manager / managers specializing in Quality Control/Assurance/Inspection or equivalent.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Makati/Mandaluyong.
* Acts as subject matter expert on Six Sigma initiatives tied directly to strategic business unit objectives and operations strategy
* Mentors Six Sigma projects towards successful completion
* Retains talents by proactively engaging with people and provide coaching to ensure development of direct reports, if any
* Provides assistance and acts as resource person to functional departments and business units for problem solving and data analysis
* Partners with Transactional Quality to consistently achieve key metrics of success
* Promotes principles of process excellence and innovation through simplification, stabilization, standardization and automation
* Works with Finance and other members of the organization in assessing, tracking and reporting the financial benefit of a Six Sigma project
* Actively leads teams and provides individual contribution in problem solving efforts on selected projects including enterprise-wide Black Belt projects
* Identifies and works to remove barriers that slow down or prevent the successful attainment of Six Sigma project target
* Provides management with project status, updates, feedback and appropriate reporting of ongoing Six Sigma projects
* Attends and reviews projects during toll gates, and approves project leader for certification
* Complies with the company?s policies and procedures, including information security
