Responsibilities

* Provide customer support to Fortune 500 clients using email and online tools.

Requirements

* Excellent written AND oral English communication skills
* Good writing skills with good grammar and sentence construction
* Outstanding typing and computer multi-tasking skills
* Strong customer service and problem solving skills
* Completed at least three years of college education in any course, or finished a two-year diploma or certificate course
* Fresh graduates or those without work experience are welcome to apply
* Willing to work on graveyard, holiday and weekend shifts
* Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong City
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
