* Customer Care Specialists provide excellent customer service by phone for various global IBM accounts.
* This posting is for applicants who are interested to work in Eastwood City, Libis, QC.

Requirements

* EXCELLENT oral and written English communication skills
* Highly proficient in computer and internet applications, preferably with a technical background
* College Graduate of any 4-year course
* Experience in up-selling or cross-selling is an advantage
* Willing to work on graveyard, holiday and weekend shifts
* Willling to be assigned in Eastwood City, Libis
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
