Customer Service Representatives
(National Capital Reg)
Responsibilities:
1. Proactive customer management including the resolution of issues relating to customer concerns from one or more countries
2. Develops and maintains internal and external customer relations
3. Escalation of stock allocation and customer service concerns
4. Customer inquiry resolution through identification and elimination of source problem
5. Perform sales functions in the delivery of solutions to customer concerns
Requirements:
1. Must have completed at least a 2nd year college level or completed a 2-year vocational course
2. Possess above average to excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
3. Be able to do multi-tasking
4. Be flexible to work on graveyard shift or shifting schedules
5. Preferably knowledgeable or at least trainable in sales functions
6. Knowledgeable in the use of different operating systems (Windows, Unix, Linux, etc.)
7. Highly analytical and critical way of thinking.
