REQUIREMENTS

-Minimum of six months to 1 year related work experience
-Strong Oral and Written communication skills
-RT Ticketing system and helpdesk system
-PC and Mac Hardware Troubleshooting DELL 75%; Mac
20%, SUN and Clones 5%
-Operating System Windows XP/Vista/7, Mac OS X and *NIX
-Desktop Imaging Tools Symantec Ghost, PQI, Windows
Imaging
-Lotus Notes Mail

-Reporting skills
-Wiki based documentation and internet savvy

-Willing to work in Cebu

IS A PLUS:

-Windows Server Administration
-Backup to disk system
-Internet and Networking Cable Patching, Wifi Configuration,
VLAN Changes, IP Telephony
-Multimedia, Teleconferencing and video conferencing
setting up
-Web Development and applications At least 10% of the staff
should understand web development tools

-ITIL
