Sales Account Manager
(Manila or Cebu City)

Responsibilities:
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for implementation of E-Commerce service to new merchants and to provide 1st level support to existing merchants. Manage external and third party support units to ensure meeting the business objectives and budget targets of Non-Traditional Card Acquiring.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Consistent with business directions and market developments, implements enhancements and/or improvements on E-Com.
2. Coordinate with inter-departmental (e.g. IT Operations, IT Development), external (e.g. client/merchants/gateways), third party service providers (e.g. service suppliers and vendors) to test, maintain and implement new/enhanced business requirements.
3. Coordinates with the Business units such as Systems and Accounting on service concerns of the merchants.
4. Provide 1st level support to existing and new E-Com clients.
5. Conducts sales presentations / meetings on the products / services’ features and functions
6. Coordinate with Clients and Operations team for quick resolution of charge back, refund, charge verification, etc. .
7. Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

* Education:     Bachelor’s degree, preferably Electronic & Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any related engineering fields.
* Work Experience:     At least two(2) years hands-on and basic management experience in hardware, software and network implementation and maintenance preferably in financial institutions.  Knowledeable in TCP/IP, WAN, LAN, DFR, MPLS, SDLC network and various platforms such as Intel/Windows, Sun Microsystems, UNIX, Linux, ann AS/400 are desirable
* Other Skills:     Strong sales management and organization skills.  Strong analytical and problem solving skills.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Creative and resourceful.
