Transitions Senior Manager
(National Capital Reg – Muntinlupa City)

Responsibilities:

* Job Description:

* The job will involve managing multiple transition projects both in the Philippines as well as in foreign countries. The candidate will be responsible for flawless project delivery starting from conception to making a process start performing. The job involves liaison with various stakeholders at client site. The job will also involve a possibilty of extensive foreign travel and frequent interaction with foreign customers. The successful candidate will have to spend a lot of time on understanding as is processes at the client site and provide expertise to propose a migration solution.

* Position Requirements:

* > Good communication skills (spoken & written)
* > Past experience in Project Management / Transitions in a BPO setting
* > Analytical, Resourceful, and Task-Oriented
* > Knowledge of Six Sigma
* > Knowledge of Statistical Tools
* > Minimum of 5 years experience in a BPO / Call Center setting
* > Open to working in shifting schedules (as required by the project)

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / .
* Required skill(s): Project Management, Transitions Planning, Business Development.
* Required language(s): English.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the BPO industry in a related capacity is required for this position.
* Preferrably Managers or Senior Managers.
* Must be willing to work in Muntinlupa City
