Responsibilities:

* Effectively market and promote services to potential customers by using phone leads provided by our lead generation team
* Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators as per the company/account incentive scheme

Requirements:

* Able to quickly and easily build rapport over the telephone
* Prior telephone sales/marketing experience is an advantage
* Able to handle objections
* Maintain a positive attitude; be self-motivated and resilient
* Flexible with a willing & can-do attitude
* Be results driven
* A team player: encouraging, helpful & cooperative
* Natural speakers of the American English language
* Must have lived in North America, Canada (or Europe) for at least 3 years
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
