* Call Center Agents
* Inbound Customer Service Account

* Assist customers/clients in their issues and concerns
* Provide resolutions to their problems re: “products and services”
* Inform customers of the company’s promotions and other products/ additional services

* Look for RACHEL as your contact person in ExcelAsia.

* Walk-in anyday within MON-FRi except holidays, 9AM-11:30AM.

* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree in Geographical Science, Mathematics, Physics, Science & Technology, Quantity Survey, Geology/Geophysics, Optometry, Political Science, Sports Science & Management or equivalent.
