-Has completed at least two (2) years of College
-Telemarketing/Sales experience preferred but not required
-Good disposition towards work
-Can work with minimal supervision
-Strong English verbal communication skills, including active listening
-Possesses good persuasion skills, enthusiastic, spontaneous and creative
-Can work well in a team
-Proven ability to handle stress well and work under pressure
-Willing to work on shifts/graveyard hours

-Advance Customer Service Representatives (TSR)
-Applicants must be 18 years old and above
-Minimum of 2 years in college accomplished for international campaign
-Graduate of a Computer-related course (CompSci, IT, CoE) or holds an Associate Technical Degree
-Strong English verbal communication skills, including active listening
-Computer literate and proficient in typing
-Willing to work during night shifts and extended hours
-Focused and patient in handling customer concerns
-Enthusiastic, prompt, and courteous
-High tolerance for stress
-Pleasant disposition
-Excellent judgment skills
-Has excellent analytical and probing skills
