Responsibilities:

* CSR/TSR for a Pioneer Telecommunications account (w/ or w/o experience; 4 yr graduates)
* Salary: 14k-25k basic salary + allowances and incentives. Basic depends on experience.

* Different Customer Service and Technical Support accounts (w/ or w/o experience)
* Salary: CSR: 14k+3k allowance+20% night diff.

* CSR/TSR for DSL accounts (w/ or w/o experience)
* Salary: 13,750-17k+10% night diff+healthcare benefits on the first day+allowances and incentives

* Tech Assistance (4 yr grad. w/ 1 yr. TSR experience; 3 yrs undergrad w/ tsr exp; Associate degree w/ 1 yr TSR experience; 2 yrs undergrad w/ 2 yr. tsr experience)
* Salary: 15-18k+10% night differential pay+2,133 non-taxable allowance

* CSR DAYSHIFT
* Salary: 19k+allowances and incentives
* Must have 6mos-1yr Call Center Experience under a Sales( Inbound/ Outbound) Account

* Nonvoice (4 yr graduates; w/ or w/o experience)
* Salary: 10,000+allowances and incentives+20% night differential pay

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
