Baseline Qualifications:

Candidate should be willing to be assigned in eTelecare Shaw
Intermediate skills in navigating PCs with MS Windows or UNIX OSs
Strong software / hardware troubleshooting skills
– can describe component parts of a PC with ease
– can troubleshoot PC issues like computer peripherals not responding, system failures, application software not running
Graduate of a bachelor’s or associate degree

Additional Dimensions:

Strong customer service orientation
Good problem solving and probing skills
Preferably with work background in inventory and distribution management, software application support or management information systems
