Sourcing Analyst
(Central Visayas – Cebu City)

Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day activities of the different sourcing campaigns and initiatives in order to meet and exceed the increasing hiring requirements of Stream

• Coordinate and manage relationships with search firms and schools for potential candidates for employment
• Manage, track, and distribute applications to the Recruiting Department
• Recommend sourcing activities based on yield rate and cost vs. projected successful hires
• Generate MS PowerPoint and Excel reports and presentations
• Generate post-activity reports to track the status of applications endorsed to the Recruiting Department and the effectiveness of sourcing strategies
• Administer job fairs and campus talks
• Plan, manage, and execute advertising and sponsorship strategies
• Perform other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
• Should have at least 6 months work experience related to Sales, Marketing, or Advertising
• With background in Sales, Marketing, and Advertising
• Advertising/Marketing/Web Application background is an advantage
• Above average oral and written communication skills
• Pleasing personality – positive attitude towards work (flexible about sourcing schedules and changes)
• Excellent interpersonal skills – able to relate with all levels in the organization (from top management down to peers and subordinates or applicants)
• Computer literate. Knowledgeable in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Adobe Photoshop
• Willing to be based in Cebu
• Willing to travel (for Job Fairs)
• Amenable to working on weekends and holidays, and rendering overtime
