* college graduate degree qualified
* excellent verbal & written communication Skills
* comprehensive understanding of a call center environment
* minimum 1 year training/teaching/coaching experience
* organization and time management skills
* willing to be assigned to different sites of the Company
* willing to work on weekends and holidays, graveyard shift, extended hours
* has initiative
* self motivated
* proficiency in basic computer applications (Windows, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Email, and Internet)
