Quality Assurance Specialist – up to 25,000

Responsibilities:
* To monitor and evaluate the quality of inbound / outbound telephone; to document quality issues and performance measures for client review; and to provide information to assist in the feedback and formal education process.
* Serves as point of contact for all quality issues and questions.
* Provides effective communication and quality feedback to the client.
* Prepares and presents both written and verbal communication to clients.
* Delivers reports on time ass requested by the client.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree.
* Required language(s): English
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience specializing in Quality Control/ Assurance or equivalent.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig.
* 50 Full-Time positions available.
