Senior Technical Support Engineer

REQUIREMENTS:

* Male or Female, 23 – 30 years old
* Bachelor’s degree holder in Computer Science, ECE, or any related field
* Preferably a Cisco Certified Network Associate and/or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
* Must be very knowledgeable in windows platform, networking concepts, and desktop management
* With 3 to 5 years of experience in troubleshooting issues related to networking, servers, and operating systems
* Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexible, customer service oriented, and hardworking
* Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule
