Level 2 Technical Support
(National Capital Reg – Makati City)

Responsibilities:
For immediate employment. We are hiring one (1) Level 2 Technical Support.

Monthly Salary: $1,000 USD

The successful applicant shall undergo training to be able to use the client software to enter support requests in tracking system and respond to user questions.

Criteria:

* Ability to read and understand java code to enhance product knowledge relating to specific user questions.
* Ability to execute select SQL code to understand data issues.
* Unix skills to navigate file system and read log files.

Requirements:

Qualified candidates will have the following skills and attributes:

* Excellent English language communications skills;
* Some familiarity with Java language and SQL;
* Commitment to excellent customer service in a tech support environment;
* Ambition to grow and advance within an entrepreneurial environment.
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Must have excellent command in English.
* Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are required.
* Commitment to detail, quality, and customer focus
* Willing to work on night shift
