Customer Service Representative - Prepress
(National Capital Reg – Ortigas Center)

Responsibilities:

* Liaise with North America office counterparts taking in work orders, instructions, and amendments.
* Manage a pool of specialized production operators
* Ensure jobs are accomplished error-free and delivered on time all the time
* Manage shift, produce accurate and timely work reports, and think creatively in order to suggest policies and procedures
* Ensure established workflow is followed
* Promote a strict working culture while maintaining high staff morale
* Make judgment calls on matters pertaining to jobs based on a complete understanding of workflow process
* Motivate staff specially in rush and pressurized situations

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
* At least 4 year(s) of working experience from any of the high-level BPOs or related field adept in dealing with demanding foreign clients
* Very strong academic background and leadership qualities
* Excellent written and verbal skills in English
* Well organized and can get the job done
* A strong management and administration background
* Used to working under pressure and have the ability and confidence to deal with all circumstances liaising with the clients
* A fast learner and a clear communicator who demands respect from their co-workers, with the ability to motivate and be professional in all aspects of their work
* Ability to pass on clear instructions to your team and direct them achieving your deadlines with minimum discussion
* Keen eye for detail
* Must be willing to work in on a shift basis
* Relevant experience in print production and basic knowledge of Adobe Acrobat an advantage.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City.
