Field Marketing Associate
(National Capital Reg – Sta Rosa Laguna)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support Recruitment & Sourcing Department in implementing marketing projects
• Manage and monitor existing marketing projects
• Manage promodizers
• Maintain recurring internal reports, database and analyzes data from gathered reports from different sites regarding internal marketing programs.
• Respond and provide feedback to internal clients pertaining to recruitment updates, pay-outs and process relating to marketing programs in a timely manner.
• Ensure the proper and timely generation of reports for his/ her assigned site/ sites.
• Associate will also be expected to perform other tasks related to Marketing
• Most of the time field work. Most projects are located in the south area (Calabarzon)

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Human Resource Management, Marketing or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English, Filipino
* Applicants must be willing to work in Sta Rosa Laguna.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
