Quality Assurance Manager
(National Capital Reg – Quezon City)

Requirements:

* Must be a Six Sigma Black Belt holder
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field
* Required language(s): English
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required, and at least 1 year in the managerial position
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and others
* Well-versed in the call center metrics, QA policies and procedures as well as ISO procedures
* Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
* Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
