Responsibilities:

* To provide technical and software support services to customers over the phone

Requirements:

* Excellent English Communication Skills are mandatory
* Excellent customer service and telephone skills
* Graduates are preferred, but individuals with equivalent experience OR who possess a solid background in software or technical support will be seriously considered
* Knowledge or background in PC software, hardware, and networking is beneficial
* Some knowledge or background in accounting and/or call center would be an asset
* Trainable, highly motivated, dependable and an active team player
* Must be willing to work in shifts
