Lead Dev Engineer
(Central Luzon)

Responsibilities:

* Develops logical and physical design specifications, executable code, configuration management and unit/ integration test plans in compliance with software industry standard and methodology

* Provides production and client support /request

* Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements

* Sets and reviews individual and group metrics regularly as part of a continuous improvement cycle.

* Mentors developers and software engineers for the project to maximize their performance

Job Overview

To lead and coordinate technical activities and artifacts throughout the project to insure timely delivery of solution with the highest quality level standard and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

* At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field with at least 3 years in a commercially quality software.

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studiesor equivalent.

* Knowledge in program debug and maintenance, programming, application integration, system installation and solution design.

* Knowledge in software development cycle and software quality principles.

* Required skills: VB.NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Javascript, VBScript, XML, HTML, CSS, XSLT, OOP, UML, SDLC, SAD.

* Certifications: MCTS and/or MCIPT and/or MCPD.

* Preferred skills: K2 (Black Pearl), VB 6, Classic ASP, Crystal Report, C#, OOP, Active Directory, RUP, Domain Knowledge, Requirements Analysis, PMP.

* Excellent leadership, interpersonal and customer relation skills with strong motivation, coaching and mentoring skills. Goal and results oriented, proactive, creative and critical thinking.

* Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga (www.clark.com.ph)
