Responsibilities:

* * Manages dialer pacing, leads loading and database switching
* * Ensures that Operations are provided with good percentage of contacts on an hourly basis
* * Create (as needed) and implement dialer strategy based on programs specs
* * Able to filter sales leads based on time zones and lunch schedules
Requirements:
* Preferably a graduate of any IT related course
* Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Office Applications
* At least one year experience with any dialer, Concierto, Aspect, and the like.
* Experience with Asterisk is a plus
* Must have good written and verbal English communication skills
* Problem resolution and analytical skill
