DIALER SPECIALIST

DIALER SPECIALIST
(Central Visayas – Cebu City)

Responsibilities:

*

* * Manages dialer pacing, leads loading and database switching
* * Ensures that Operations are provided with good percentage of contacts on an hourly basis
* * Create (as needed) and implement dialer strategy based on programs specs
* * Able to filter sales leads based on time zones and lunch schedules

Requirements:

* Preferably a graduate of any IT related course
* Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Office Applications
* At least one year experience with any dialer, Concierto, Aspect, and the like.
* Experience with Asterisk is a plus
* Must have good written and verbal English communication skills
* Problem resolution and analytical skill

* Encouraging, supporting, and motivating subordinates.
* Looking constantly for development as well as continuous improvement for the entire team.
* Monitoring, organizing, and coaching team on a day-to-day basis.
* Continually striving for new ways to increase the opportunities of sales and/or customer satisfaction.
* Handling escalated calls, complaints, questions, and queries as necessary.
* Carrying out team meetings and actively participating in the monthly and weekly meetings.
* Documenting general reports on each team member’s performance and targets as well as ensuring that they exceed the targets.

Requirements:

Graduate of any college course.
Strong knowledge of customer care techniques and processes.
Exceptional analytical and listening skills.
Ability to operate well in a call center team environment.
Familiarity with several voice-logging / recording systems and tools.
Keenness and flexibility to work extended hours.
Natural flair for coaching, motivating, and interacting with people.
Experience with Client interaction
