Technical Support Executives and Customer Care Executives
(National Capital Reg)

Requirements:

For Customer Care Executives:

- Must have at least 2 years of college education or completed a diploma or certificate course
- Experience in order-entry, sales and/or customer service is an advantage
- Upselling exposure will be considered as additional skill
- Must be fluent in English communication and comprehension skills
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status

For Technical Support Executives:

- At least 1 year in a technical support account preferably hardware/software.
- Knowledgeable in finding Points of failure in hardware issues.
- Knows how to navigate certain BIOS interfaces
- Knowledgeable in drivers installation/uninstallation
- Knowledgeable in Software installation/uninstallation
- Good analytical skills
- Good time management skills in terms of committing callbacks and adherence
- Good documentation skills
