CREDIT & COLLECTIONS OFFICER’s objective is to mainly maximize sales and minimize bad debts for the company. Will also provide front end customer contact for order release, account management, collection and account reconciliation.
Must be able to do compilation for order status report.
Will do day to day management of trial balance, aging and risk reports, collection calls and reconciling accounts.
Coordination with sales, customer service and accounts receivable department is also a requirement just in case there will be dispute for resolution
Must display good relationship with the Company’s product resellers, internal customers for credit analyst
Skill in the following is a must as well:
Creating a request for financial statements
Tracking order release
Credit and collection experience
Order to cash process
Credit terminology
Reconciliation and general accounting
MS Outlook, MS Access, MS Visual Basic and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
SAP
Must be a graduate of BS Business Administration or any finance course
Certified Credit Professional (CCP) is an added asset
With very good English communication skills
Willing to work at Taguig and must be amenable for a fixed 9pm-6am shift also
