Looking for a Call Center job in the Philippines?
Responsibilities:
Successful applicants will be operating an inbound call centre responsible for handling the afterhours service of a Recruitment Company. Staff will be required to understand the reason for the call and complete the associated process to handle such a query.
Successful applicants will be required to work night shifts and weekends and in rotating time schedule. Candidates must also be available to start work immediately.
Requirements:
EXCELLENT command of written and spoken English
Able to multi-task
Copes well under pressure and handles stressful situations with ease
Learns new things quickly
Exposure to British or Australian English is an advantage
Must possess ability to work unsupervised
Experienced with computer and database use
Minimum 1 year experience in a call centre environment
