RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assists customers with their billing inquiries and other account specific concerns by ensuring first call resolution.
Promotes other products to customers by bundling relevant services to the existing subscription of the customer
Ensures that prescribed results are delivered depending on campaign requirements.
Ensures that attendance issues are controlled and to report to work as assigned / required / needed by the campaign on time.
Displays professionalism, zeal, and delivers positive customer experience in handling calls.
Voicing to immediate supervisor / management any feedback, suggestions, scripting, and productivity.
Conforms with all company policies / regulations which are in accordance to Philippine Labor laws at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must have completed at least 2nd year level in college or any vocational course in any field.
At least 6 months to 1 year Call Center experience is required. Background in handling a Telecommunications Account with Sales and CSAT as metrics is highly desired.
Excellent communications skills
Able to work under pressure.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
Able to effectively communicate with team managers and co-agents
Able to deliver results and drive motivation
Above average computer literacy
Persuasive and agressive

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handles customer questions,complaints, and billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
Offers alternative solutions with the objective of retaining customer’s business.
Gather all required data necessary for the services.
Explain product feature and benefits, thoroughly answering questions and setting proper expectations for the product.
Identify opportunities for process movements in customer service that lead to higher standard of service for the program’s customers.
Identifies and escalates emerging product or customer dissatisfaction issues.

REQUIREMENTS:
At least 1-2 years call center experience handling a CSAT-driven accounts is required.
Experience in handling a Financial Account is desired (Debit Card/Credit Card/Online Payment Processing). Background in handling a telecommunications in a Pre-paid line of business is also an advantage.

    Team Manager (Outbound)

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    * Responsible for the campaign’s performance and overall profitability and their contribution to the company’s bottom line.
    * Develops agents for them to deliver required results on both performance and quality as set by both the company and its clients.
    * Leads and supervises the team in meeting the overall HR performance by controlling and complying to company established standards and local laws.

    * Maintains an active Production Floor which would foster an environment that is conducive for teamwork and results.
    * Ensures completion of productivity reports, root cause analysis, hourly and daily stats, and audits.
    * Proper and timely escalation of issues affecting not only his/her own campaign but as well as for the whole company through proper channels and chain of command within the organization.
    * Make process recommendations, scripting changes and other management procedures to ensure campaign profitability.
    * Ensures that proper processes and documentation are followed and accomplished within prescribed timeframe.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    * Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
    * At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
