Team Manager (Outbound)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for the campaign’s performance and overall profitability and their contribution to the company’s bottom line.
* Develops agents for them to deliver required results on both performance and quality as set by both the company and its clients.
* Leads and supervises the team in meeting the overall HR performance by controlling and complying to company established standards and local laws.
* Maintains an active Production Floor which would foster an environment that is conducive for teamwork and results.
* Ensures completion of productivity reports, root cause analysis, hourly and daily stats, and audits.
* Proper and timely escalation of issues affecting not only his/her own campaign but as well as for the whole company through proper channels and chain of command within the organization.
* Make process recommendations, scripting changes and other management procedures to ensure campaign profitability.

REQUIREMENTS:
