Requirements:

  • At least college level of any course
  • Has good communication skills, both oral and written
  • Amenable to graveyard and shifting schedules
  • Can work under pressure and can deliver set goals
  • Previous customer service experience in a call center is required
  • Able to multi-task, good analytical skills and excellent listening skills
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
  • Fresh Graduates/Entry Level applicants are encouraged to apply
