KPS Analyst - IMMEDIATE HIRING!
PHP 19000 (Max)
(National Capital Reg – Makati City)

Responsibilities:

-Support and Issue Resolution
-Investigates and resolves KPS (Knowledge Productization Services) related issues
-Updates tickets according to agreed guidelines
-Monitors SLAs and IRTs
-Creates hand over reports to KPS counterparts

*      Ticket Monitoring
-Performs queue monitoring
-Validates issues and delegates to the appropriate team

*      Process compliance
-Ensures all relevant fields in CSS are correctly populated and compliant according to SAS 70 guidelines

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* At least 1 year of working experience specializing in Technical and Helpdesk Support.
* Experience in a call center/applications consulting/applications/software technical support is necessary for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent.
* Experience in a call center (inbound) is an advantage.
* Candidate must have an assertive communication skills
* Willing to work on a 24/7 support model
* Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
* Full-Time position available.
