Position: Customer Service Representative

Requirements:

* At least 2 years in college or a graduate of any vocational course
* Previous call center experience in an IB customer service account is a plus
* Good command of oral and written English
* Good listening and comprehension skills
* Courteous with strong customer service orientation
* Ability to clarify customer requirements, probe for and confirm understanding of problems
* Proficiency in the use of Windows, Office applications, Internet Explorer as well as various Internet terminology
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
* Willing to work on shifting schedules / graveyard shift
* Willing to be assigned in Ortigas
