Responsibilities:
Shall respond to all on-line inquiries and booking reservations of Legend Hotel properties.
Shall handle and resolve guest complaints.
Shall do telemarketing (promos and follow-ups).
Shall process bookings, payments and the likes.
Requirements:
Proficient in relevant computer applications.
With exceptional customer service orientation.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Mass Communications or equivalent.
Call center background is preferable.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
