Client Liaison Manager – Business Transcription
(Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa)

Responsibilities:
The Client Liaison Manager will manage the day-to-day communication and coordination with clients, in-house staff, and management to provide excellent service and exceed company goals for our Dial-a-Note product line.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Manage client relationships and daily interfaces; provide guidance and troubleshoot any emerging issues for existing and prospective clients by telephone and email.

* To discuss new project set-up requirements with clients and advise them in their best interest, seeking assistance from colleagues and superiors when necessary.

* Ensure all client needs and expectations are met in a professional and timely manner.

* Help train staff on how to service the client appropriately.

* Provide timely reports to executive management on all aspects of client relations including potential concerns that may include but are not limited to; Staffing, Scheduling, Security, IT Concerns and General Operations.

* Assign and oversee any special projects required; assist and ensure completion when necessary.

* Manage all work from sales meeting to 1st day of the launch.

* To prepare quotations and contracts for potential clients and follow up on these promptly and systematically.

* Provide daily activity reports.

* Work closely with the US-based General Manager and communicate with on a daily basis.

* Willing do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree, any field.

* Mastered the ability to speak and write in English properly and effectively.

* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

* Applicants must be willing to work in Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa.

* Have a keen attention to detail.

* Be thorough.

* Have a flexible work schedule.

* Have a broad knowledge base.

* Have a strong work-ethic.

* Have excellent communication skills.

* Be well organized.

* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales – Corporate or equivalent.

* Full-Time positions available.

The office is located in the Ayala Alabang area and work hours are between 12:00am and 9:00am, Tuesday-Saturday.

Business Development Specialist
(Alabang, Muntinlupa)

Responsibilities:
The Business Development Specialist is expected to primarily:

• Open new accounts/ create new business

• Make sales calls, primarily to the U.S.

• Set sales achievement targets and meet them successfully

• Create, send, and track email blasts to specified audiences and follow-up via telephone and email to convert them into customers.

• Research and develop various databases in target markets

• Track contacts made with real-time input of contact activity and results for daily and ongoing progress reports.

• Learn our services and how they apply to the specific accounts being pursued

• Become proficient in demonstrating our audio and web presentation services

• Share the retention objectives and coordinate effectively with the client retention team in both the Atlantic (U.S.) office and the Pacific office (located in Alabang, Muntinlupa).

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, smart, sales oriented.

• Must be able to adapt to changing roles, be a team player and have the ability to multitask

• Must be a good communicator, pay very close attention to detail, and have an eagerness to learn

• Goal-oriented, with the ability to work until the job is done in order to meet tight deadlines

• Excellent voice and written communication skills and mastery of English, both spoken and written, are essential.

• Comfortable working with computers and using the internet.

• Must be willing to work in the Alabang, Muntinlupa area with work hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30PM to 6:00AM (Manila time) with weekends and U.S. Holidays off.

Requirements:

* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

* 2 Full-Time positions available.
