Responsibilities:
Interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquires about products and services
Handle and resolve customer’s complaints
Requirements:
No age limit
Baccalaureate or Pre-baccaulareate Degree holder.
Must have a good verbal and written skill
Competent in problem analysis and problem-solving
Good listening skill
With at least 1 year of experience as a customer service provider
Customer service orientation-prefered but not required
Willing to work under pressure
Stress tolerance
Accurate in data gathering and customers compliance.
