Job Description

Profile :-

·         Graduates with 0.5 to 2 years experience

·         Experience on using Web / system based applications

·         Experience on Microsoft Office preferred

·         Strong communication & analytical skills

·         Ability to gain knowledge quickly

·         Thai or Cantonese speaking skills are excellent (Native speaking).

·         English speaking skills are only up to the level of daily conversations with the other team members and supervisor on day to day transactions

 

Responsibilities :-

·         Work with team leader and Execute Project plan

·         Process implementation and update the same with any changes

·         Responsible for recording, tracking and speaking with customers over phone in call center

·         Process completion and preparation of process documentation

·         Adhere to agreed SLAs and meet the targets
Essential: Willing to work in shifts.
