Responsibilities:

* Will report to the VAR (Value Added Reseller) Business Analytics Manager and will provide analytical support for the organization.
* Provide analytical support for strategic projects, business decisions and expansions
* Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly business management reports.
* Update VARBU (Value Added Reseller Business Unit) for operating metrics and executive reviews.
* Develop new metrics to track and support every functional area within VARBU.

Requirements:

* Willing to work on night shift

Responsibilities:

* Online Courseware Development
* Produce standards-compliant (AICC /SCORM) learning and knowledge objects designed for re-usability
* Develop course material and tests
* Produce courseware, which may include animation, audio and graphics.
* Work with Subject Matter Experts to extract complicated subject matter and convert it to instructionally sound media objects.
* Develop appropriate media objects that best communicate course objectives and creating and maintaining course navigation mechanisms.
* Provide LMS technical support to dealers and instuctors as needed
* Modify and maintain existing online training courses
* Collaborate with Instructional Designer and SMEs to develp high quality online course materials

Team Lead – General Ledger for SPML

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for people development and alignment of goals to meet business objectives
* Tasks for meeting attrition targets and for uplifting morale and motivation of direct reports
* Will handle in managing and driving team performance via use of tools such as coaching and feedback, results documentation, counseling and mentoring, rewards and recognition and delegation of tasks for competency and critical skills development
* Responsible for intraday and daily performance monitoring of team members being supported
* Monitoring required centric and product-specific training completion and ensuring team members are adept on product knowledge, updates and all related continuous education
* Responsible for supporting workforce requirements to meet Service Level Agreements
* Taking escalation calls or requirements for supervisory assistance or support in resolving end user issues. Serves as a subject matter expert on the business being supported
* Managing team meetings and participating in operations leadership meetings
* Responsible for communicating to all team members any new requirements, changes, updates on all support related information as well as company information
* Responsible for ensuring that all “tools of the trade” for each team member is working and all issues are communicated to helpdesk for resolution
* Responsible for conflict and issue resolution which may be related, but not limited to payroll and people management
* Represent the team on special projects/initiatives
* Required decision-making on matters relating to improving customer satisfaction with regards in so far it affects call handling and processes.
* Assist in the month end activities such as: review and finalization of monthly close package submitted to SPML including scorecards, account recon etc.
* Assist in the Monthly/Quarterly Annual Finance Reports such as Trial Balance and other finance reports.
* Responsible in making sure account recons are complete, accurate and submitted on time.
* Other tasks as maybe assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy.
* CPA is a plus factor
* With at least 5 years of experience as GL accountant with recon analysis.

* Record cash receipts in the Oracle accounting system as they are received,
* Process debit/credit memos for customer accounts.
* Monitor unapplied cash in customer accounts and apply amounts as invoices are created.

Dealer Service Representative (German Speaking)

* Dealer Customer Support and Order Management
* Responsible for end to end dealer support and client relations, working with dealer executives to meet all needs
* Own the on time delivery of dealers orders and requirements by region, being personally accountable for customer satisfaction
* Manage the fulfillment of > $25 MM in revenue per region per year
* Direct support for Regional Sales Manager

* Invoicing: ship product in the shipment and send invoices to the customer
* Archive all the documents per SOX requirements
* Sales Analysis and Report Generation
* Extract data from the ERP system (QAD) and export into Excel format
* Create representative graphs of these exported data for qualitative and quantitative
* analysis purposes
* Generate reports on several performance factors for evaluative purposes

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
* Required skill(s): Supply Chain, Revenue Responsibility, Customer Service.
* Preferred skill(s): Excellent Communication Skills, Computer Proficient, Good Organization skills.
* Required language(s): English and German.
